APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
For coating purpose:
For coating of cement mortars and concrete, the product should be fully cured for at least 28 days at 25oC and 42 days old at 10 to 15oC. Before application, the surfaces must be sound, clean, and free from standing water. The surface may be slightly damp or dry. The surfaces must be totally free of contaminants such as chemicals, dust, oil, or grease. Concrete, mortar, and stone surfaces must be thoroughly prepared to remove any surface laitance, dust, and friable material. Surfaces may be best prepared by sandblasting or etching with acid. For grouting purposes, we can use it directly in the boreholes and cracks.
MIXING
Mix all contents of Pack ‘A’ (Base) with all contents of Pack ‘B’ (Hardener) for 2 – 3 minutes until it is smooth. Mix well with spatula, drill, or paddle. Please ensure that only a little air is in the mix. Packs ‘A’ & ‘B’ are pre-weighed and should be used in full quantity.
CLEANING
If the material is soft, use solvent for its removal. If it is hard, remove it mechanically.
